Helau on the Rhine! – The Crazy Carnival Ship sets sail!

On Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 8 PM - Boarding from 6:30 PM - the ropes will be cast off at the Malakoff Terrace in Mainz, and once again it will be: "Full speed ahead – the Carnival is making waves today!" Together with Rössler Shipping Company, it's time for some festive fun, aboard the jester ship and right into Mainz's Carnival!

On board, the jesters will find a colorful and lively program with everything that makes Mainz Carnival what it is: Good vibes, music, dance, and plenty of "Helau"!

Joining us are audience favorite "Kättl Feierdaach" (known from television), party singer Jeremy D. Frei & his dance team, the Chaote Cheerleaders, guard dance from Wiesbaden, jester Alfons Kirch, hype man Dieter Meisenzahl, and many more festive highlights!

With rousing music, exuberant atmosphere, and a wonderful view of the nighttime Rhine shore, the jester ship becomes a floating Carnival stage. Here, there will be dancing, laughter, and swaying until the glasses clink and the Rhine pulses in joy to the rhythm of the waves.
