What does a wine taste like that comes from a vibrant vineyard? And what will the viticulture of tomorrow look like when climate, soil, and biodiversity are taken seriously?
Wine tasting at the Schönhals winery, which is Demeter-certified. In the cellar, natural wines are created where the grapes have the final say. Piwis, fungus-resistant grape varieties, also play a role. They rely on significantly less plant protection and could become important for the future of viticulture.
This is what you can expect:
- A sparkling wine for greeting
- Six wines presented by the winemaker herself
- Bread, snacks, and water
- Discussions about Demeter, natural wine, Piwis, and the question of how viticulture in Rheinhessen might look tomorrow
