Summer Festival at Rheingrafenstein with Music, Wine, and Good Cheer

From July 24 to 26, "Wine in the Park" invites you once again to enjoy and socialize in the shady spa park of Bad Münster am Stein. The organizer is Gesundheit und Tourismus für Bad Kreuznach GmbH. Wine in the Park is a wine festival with a very special flair, thanks to the dreamlike backdrop of the spa house, the refreshing breeze from the saltworks, and the view of Rheingrafenstein.

In the wine village, ten winemakers from Bad Kreuznach and neighboring municipalities will serve their wines. Among them are:

Weingut Paul Anheuser Bad Kreuznach, Weingut Pfalztor (Hochstätten), Weingut Espenschied (Bad Kreuznach-Bosenheim), Wein- und Gästehaus Felsenberghof (Schloßböckelheim), Weingut Gattung (KH-Bad Münster am Stein-Ebernburg), Weingut Grünewald (Hallgarten), Weinhof Mayer (KH-Bosenheim), Weingut Mathern (Niederhausen), Weingut Rapp (KH-Bad Münster am Stein-Ebernburg), and the Weinkollektiv (Feilbingert). The tourism association Bad Kreuznach offers creations with and without alcohol at a cocktail stand.

Suitable food options are available for different tastes: The menu includes grilled dishes of all kinds (Stefan Balzer), crêpes in different flavors from Mosers Crêperie, flammkuchen (including vegetarian) from Idefix, and potato pancakes from Thomas Degen in various variations. "Woldos" will provide Mexican cuisine with tacos and much more.
A staple at Wine in the Park is the musical entertainment program with lively rhythms in the pleasantly cool spa park: On Friday, the popular dance band Phoenix will perform starting at 7:30 p.m. The five-member formation, with lead singer Christina Dietz, keyboard, guitar, vocals, and drums, excites with handmade live music and danceable pop and rock hits. Before the band strikes up, the opening will take place by Mayor Thomas Blechschmidt and local councilor Birgit Ensminger-Busse at 7:00 p.m.
At the same location on Saturday, starting at 7:30 p.m., the "Nannys" will evoke the spirit of the wild 50s with swing, jive, and rock 'n roll. For more than 20 years, the five musicians have attracted audiences to the dance floor with passionately performed live music.
On Sunday, the party band CoolAMix – known for their concerts in the spa park – will open the third day of Wine in the Park with a colorful mix of hits from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

For the closing, from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., the Tewit Youth Band from Harrogate in Northern England will perform. The wind orchestra – supported by percussion – is made up of young musicians in red uniforms who present a stylish image and offer a colorful potpourri from big band classics to interpretations of pop songs. The various formations have already won numerous awards.

The wine stands open on Friday and Saturday at 5:00 p.m. and close at 12:00 a.m. The musical program ends at 11:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. On Sunday, the stands open at 11:00 a.m., and the festival ends at 6:00 p.m.
