Fetzer's Restaurant Inside

Fetzer's Restaurant Lindenhof

In the lovingly run family business, chef Edmund Fetzer brings baked blood sausage slices with glazed apple rings on potato and celery puree on the plate. The main ingredient comes from the butcher Dobroschke from Ingelheim am Rhein. A nice companion is a 2017 Ingelheimer Pinot Noir Blanc de Noir dry.

The name of the traditional Fetzer's restaurant is due to the former farm of the grandparents, which was surrounded by several large lime trees and was therefore called Lindenhof. So was the name for the restaurant.
Edmund Fetzer, who took over his parents' business in 1978 together with his wife Beate, is behind the stove together with his daughter-in-law Julia and focuses on Rheinhessen cuisine with fresh local produce. The wine list is stocked with numerous wines from Rheinhessen, but also with a variety of national wines.
