The Völker restaurant welcomes its guests in a stylish, modern atmosphere. Head chef Ute Völker spoils her guests with premium home-style cooking – with meat or vegetarian options. Host Josef Völker offers wines and sparkling wines from top vineyards in Rheinhessen to accompany the meal. The various rooms – including the idyllic old town garden in summer – offer space for 85-90 people to relax and enjoy themselves, with the right atmosphere for every occasion. Guided tours of the cellars, which are up to 800 years old, and the Paul Wallot exhibition provide additional cultural delights. The historic underground area is also accessible to wheelchair users. A special recommendation: "Dinner for One uff rhoihessisch" – the New Year's Eve classic with regional flavor, performed throughout the year. Civil and free church weddings in the historic monastery vault.
