Welcome to Schloss Wallhausen in the Prinz to Salm-Dalberg's winery. Wine culture is not a passing guest in this castle. It has had a home in this family for more than 800 years. Winery St. Urban

The St. Urban winery is managed by the winemaker family Paukner. Red and white grape varieties are grown there. The largest part of the grapes ripens through the unique microclimate at the Gau-Odernheimer Petersberg.
