The bathing beach at Pfarrwiesensee can be reached via a tarmac field path in the immediate vicinity of the outdoor pool in Gimbsheim. Swimming and using the beach is free of charge and at your own risk. There is no supervision by the DLRG (German Life Saving Association). The surface area of the lake is approx. 28 hectares (280,000 square metres) and the water quality is regularly checked. The multi-generational park in Selzen is open to all age groups. Fifteen pieces of play and sports equipment for fitness and agility, as well as for playing, have been set up on the Selz. Sports, games, and training can be enjoyed here around the clock. All equipment is explained on an information board. There is an agility course, a climbing tower, and training equipment for different parts of the body. The park also features a boules court.
The Pfeddersheim outdoor swimming pool, also known as Paternusbad, is located in the Worms district of Pfeddersheim. During the outdoor swimming season from mid-May to mid-September, the pool offers its visitors a cool refreshment. In addition to the cozy sunbathing area, visitors can find a swimming and non-swimming pool, a children's paddling pool, and a beach volleyball court.
