The winemakers Jochen and Thilo Hein both have their home in the 'Zellertal', in the deep south of Rheinhessen. Their winery is family owned since 1837. Where Rheinhessen and the Palatinate meet, the vineyards in the valley extending from west to east are under the typical influence of the west wind. The Siefersheim winery is the icing on the cake of the Hiwweltour Heideblick. The rest area with a premium view of the wine culture landscape was named Rheinhessen's most beautiful wine view in 2016. On site, every guest is provided with wines, non-alcoholic beverages and small snacks from the Zimmermann winery in Siefersheim.
