Nickl’s Pantry – the name says it all. The kitchen of Frank Nickl creates 9 new dishes every month, from which guests can compose a 5-course amuse-bouche menu. Fresh Mediterranean, but also Asian or regional. As simple as it is detail-loving. As down-to-earth as it is high-quality. Homemade items from the pantry such as black nuts, Wagyu ham, chutneys, and bread. In the summer months, fresh herbs from the organic vineyards of Johanninger are used in the kitchen. The service team, led by Monika Nickl, treats guests with friendliness and expertise. A
wine pairing from the extensive wine list is recommended for the menu. The wine magazine offers over 300 options, leaving no wishes unfulfilled.
The pantry has 10 tables for 40 people. For small and large celebrations, there is space for up to 60 people.
