Steins Traube has a remarkable history that dates back to 1870. What began as a village tavern has developed over six generations into a renowned gourmet restaurant. In 2019, Philipp Stein, the youngest German star chef of 2014, and his wife Alina took over the family business. With fresh energy and a comprehensive renovation, they led the restaurant into a new era. The kitchen has been modernized, and the interior redesigned – creating a symbiosis of tradition and contemporary design. Today, Steins Traube offers fine market cuisine that combines regional products with creative ideas. The dishes are characterized by restraint and sophistication, with flavor always at the forefront. A carefully curated wine list complements the culinary experience. The restaurant has various spaces, including an elegant dining room, a cozy winter garden, and a Mediterranean courtyard. Separate rooms are available for private celebrations.
