Cuisine: seasonal, regional, vegetarian, allergy-friendly
On May 1, 2002, we opened the "Weinstube Zur Sandmühle" in the freshly renovated historic arched barn from 1840 of the Sandmühle in Wahlheim,
the Korfmann vineyard. In the cozy, rustic exposed historic vault
we host a themed buffet at least once a month. Fresh, seasonal homemade dishes can be found abundantly at the buffet in the old "horse barn"; the fresh hot-smoked salmon wonderfully aromas
is one of the reasons our guests happily return. Private celebrations for up to 45 people are gladly held in the "Kuhstall," accompanied by delicacies from the kitchen of Heike Köngeter and the wine cellar of Achim Korfmann.
