The Beiser family cultivates 23 hectares of vines in truly exceptional locations. These extend from Vendersheim in the south to the Binger Schlossberg in the north, one of the highest and most viscous areas of Rheinhessen. As varied as the terroir of our vineyards is, so varied and expressive are the wines. And that makes them so interesting! The goal? Wines that taste like home! The white wines are reductively grown in stainless steel tanks and sometimes also in oak barrels. The red wines are vinified according to traditional methods....

Katja and Jens Bäder studied viticulture in Geisenheim and got to know each other there. Even though everyone has their "area of responsibility" - decisions are made together - from the time of harvest to the final blend. Unique is the location "La Roche" in Uffhofen. South exposed, a real steep slope. The soil comes from the time of the Rotliegendes. The result of this vineyard, the Riesling "La Roche" reflects this: mineral, complex and multi-layered. The winery Büsser-Paukner is located in Gau-Odernheim in the heart of Rheinhessen. Around the Petersberg and in Alsheim am Rhein we cultivate our vineyards in harmony with nature. Since 2014, we have been continuing the family winery, that has existed since 1921. Authentic and expressive as well as honest and refreshing.
