Sebastian Baum, with the support of his family, is the fourth generation to run the winery, which was founded in 1928. In 2013, he was awarded best young winemaker in theory and practice. The weekly market in Eimsheim offers a great selection. Every two Thursdays from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, you can shop for delicatessen, meat and sausages, coffee, vegetables, spices, and other great items.
