The name Guntrum has stood for exceptional wines since 1648. Today Konstantin Guntrum and his wife Stephanie continue the tradition in the 11th generation and set new trends. In 1923 Louis Jean George Guntrum built the manor house in Nierstein. Located directly on the proud Rhine, it has since created a home and identity for family and wines. In the middle of Rheinhessen, Louis Guntrum produces authentic wines typical of the variety.
In the listed Engelthal Monastery (Kloster Engelthal) we have created a world of experience around wine. A modern vinotheque offers you the opportunity to get to know and buy our wines. Our restaurant and various rooms for meetings and celebrations are also located here. Our philosophy: Preserve the good and bring it in line with the contemporary!
