The winemakers Jochen and Thilo Hein both have their home in the 'Zellertal', in the deep south of Rheinhessen. Their winery is family owned since 1837. Where Rheinhessen and the Palatinate meet, the vineyards in the valley extending from west to east are under the typical influence of the west wind. The vineyards benefit from the region's diverse soil types, which give the wines their characteristic flavour and depth. The sites around Winzenheim offer optimal conditions for the cultivation of wines that are known for their freshness and elegance. Visitors are welcome to visit the winery and taste the wines in a cosy atmosphere.

In 2014, the winery moved to the outskirts of Bosenheim, but already has a tradition of over 100 years. In the meantime, Sebastian and Kathrin Korrell, the 6th generation, continue the business. True to the motto "tradition and modernity", constant change is taking place, but the focus is always on the tradition that laid the foundation.
