In 2013, the jury of experts awarded the VEM neck sleeve remover from Rink GmbH & Co KG (Kreuztal-Littfeld) the sustainability prize in the category Oenology.
The "Cooling Tower Concept with Heat Recovery" from Richard Wagner GmbH in Alzey was awarded the Sustainability Award in 2014 in the category oenology. The newly developed cooling tower concept with heat recovery convinced the jury with its high energy efficiency.
Winner in the category Oenology in the first year was the lees processing procedre with eccentric screw pump VarioControl VC + lees filter Vario TF, which had beed submitted by the company Richard Wagner (Alzey) and the companies Schneider (Bretzenheim) and Strassburger (Westhofen).
