Various grape varieties thrive on the estate's vineyards, with Riesling and Burgundy varieties playing a particularly important role. The vineyards benefit from the region's diverse soil types, which give the wines their characteristic flavour and depth. The sites around Winzenheim offer optimal conditions for the cultivation of wines that are known for their freshness and elegance. Visitors are welcome to visit the winery and taste the wines in a cosy atmosphere.
Every year, we strive to produce authentic wines with a distinctive character. With a focus on the traditional and local grape varieties Riesling, Silvaner and Pinot Noir. In our opinion, the goal of winemaking is to create optimal conditions in the vineyard so that as little intervention as possible is needed later in the wine. Wine tastings are possible from 4 to 15 people.
Our family-owned winery, in the style of a franconian courtyard, is located in the middle of Guntersblum. Right now there are three generations living on the courtyard whose water tower with press house from the year 1899 shapes the image of the village. In our vineyards we work close to nature to maintain the soil health and fertility for the following generations. The Zimmermann winery is located in the old town center of Siefersheim. From late April to June as well as in late summer, the Zimmermann family operates a wine tavern with a Mediterranean flair, where regional dishes are served in harmony with the wines. Additionally, there is a modern vinotheque where wines can be tasted and purchased even during the week. In the cozy wine tavern designed in the style of ribbed vaults, wine tastings are offered, and two comfortable guest rooms are available for vacationers.

Cuisine: seasonal, regional, vegetarian, allergy-friendly On May 1, 2002, we opened the "Weinstube Zur Sandmühle" in the freshly renovated historic arched barn from 1840 of the Sandmühle in Wahlheim, the Korfmann vineyard. In the cozy, rustic exposed historic vault we host a themed buffet at least once a month. Our family has been in Dalsheim since 1625 and has cultivated wine in the 12. generation by now. Our fine boutique winery is located in the Rhein Valley, in the gentle rolling hills South of Rheinhessen. In 1937 Dr. Kurt Becker married Anna-Maria, the daughter of Jakob Müller IV, a winegrower. Since then the company has the company name of "Weingut Müller-Dr. Becker". In 1963 Dr. Becker´s son Klaus and his wife Inge took over the winery.
