The Wiesenmühle ist an old mill that is no longer in operation. The premises were acquiered in 1816 by the miller and ancestor of today´s Schilling family, Johann Mundorf I. The Wiesenmühle ist still a familiy business today, run by the sixth an seventh generations of Dr. Gerhard, Johannes und Uli Schilling. Farming and viticulture are practiced her to this day.
Various grape varieties thrive on the estate's vineyards, with Riesling and Burgundy varieties playing a particularly important role. The vineyards benefit from the region's diverse soil types, which give the wines their characteristic flavour and depth. The sites around Winzenheim offer optimal conditions for the cultivation of wines that are known for their freshness and elegance. The vinomat of the winery Sommer is located directly at the winery in Siefersheim. All wines are organic and vegan. The range includes white wine, spritzers, grape juice and sparkling wine. In winter you can find, red wines and the mulled wine in the vending machine. The qualities range from the site wines of the Heerkretz and the Höllberg to the local wines.
