St. Antony was founded in 1920 in Nierstein, Rheinhessen, and has been a member of the Association of German Prädikat Wine Estates (VDP) since 1990. The Saalwächter Winery belongs to Ingelheim like the Imperial Palace and Pinot Noir. As early as 1853, Paul Christian Saalwächter laid the foundation for today's winery as mayor.
