The Wiesenmühle ist an old mill that is no longer in operation. The premises were acquiered in 1816 by the miller and ancestor of today´s Schilling family, Johann Mundorf I. The Wiesenmühle ist still a familiy business today, run by the sixth an seventh generations of Dr. Gerhard, Johannes und Uli Schilling. Farming and viticulture are practiced her to this day.

In the cozy wine tavern, guests can enjoy a glass of the house's own white or red wines. The offer is complemented by a small selection of hearty dishes as well as weekly changing specials.
