The range includes a wide selection of white, red and rosé wines as well as sparkling wines and Seccos, which are recognised for their quality and variety. Visitors are welcome to taste the wines in the cosy vinotheque and learn more about the philosophy of the winery. The Wiesenmühle ist an old mill that is no longer in operation. The premises were acquiered in 1816 by the miller and ancestor of today´s Schilling family, Johann Mundorf I. The Wiesenmühle ist still a familiy business today, run by the sixth an seventh generations of Dr. Gerhard, Johannes und Uli Schilling. Farming and viticulture are practiced her to this day.
