The Zimmermann winery is located in the old town center of Siefersheim. From late April to June as well as in late summer, the Zimmermann family operates a wine tavern with a Mediterranean flair, where regional dishes are served in harmony with the wines. Additionally, there is a modern vinotheque where wines can be tasted and purchased even during the week. In the cozy wine tavern designed in the style of ribbed vaults, wine tastings are offered, and two comfortable guest rooms are available for vacationers.
