The Wittmann winery is one of the leading estates in the Rheinhessen region. In addition to Riesling as the main grape variety, the Pinots and Silvaner are of particular importance in the winery. In 1952, the winery was founded by Helmut Weber in Gau-Algesheim. Since 1995, the company has been in the hands of winemaker Hermann Weber and his wife Martina. Since then a lot has happened.
