Our family winery cultivates 10ha of vines in Rheinhessen and 0.6ha on the Nahe, which have been organically managed since 1990 according to ECOVIN guidelines. Our family-run winery is located in Dittelsheim-Hessloch, a wine-growing community in the southern Wonnegau. Katja and Jens Bäder studied viticulture in Geisenheim and got to know each other there. Even though everyone has their "area of responsibility" - decisions are made together - from the time of harvest to the final blend. Unique is the location "La Roche" in Uffhofen.
