MC Edition is the premium line of the Zehe-Claus winery. The winemakers Marcus Clauß and Birgit Zehe-Clauß run the winery in Mainz. Their philosophy is: "careful to the nature, characterized by the origin, with the handwriting of the winegrower, for passion and pleasure." Since 2010, the winery has been converted to organic management. For years, the wines have been awarded national and international awards. MC Riesling dry is z. The winery Christophorus-Hof has been in the hands of women with a lot of power and tradition - since 1654. Riesling and Silvaner are the most important grape varieties in the vineyard.
