The farm and winery Steinmühle, first mentioned in 1275, has been owned by the family since the beginning of the 18th century. Axel May joined the company in 2009 after completing his studies in viticulture in Geisenheim and several stays abroad in leading quality wineries. We are managing the Margaretenhof winery in the 5th generation already. With us everything is "handmade", as a typical family business we carry out all work from pruning to bottling ourselves - we know all our vines "personally".
