Our family-run winery is located in Dittelsheim-Hessloch, a wine-growing community in the southern Wonnegau. Currently we manage 10 hectares of vineyards, which spreads over the wine-growing communities Hessloch, Bechtheim, Alsheim and Guntersblum. Katja and Jens Bäder studied viticulture in Geisenheim and got to know each other there. Even though everyone has their "area of responsibility" - decisions are made together - from the time of harvest to the final blend. Unique is the location "La Roche" in Uffhofen. South exposed, a real steep slope. The soil comes from the time of the Rotliegendes. The result of this vineyard, the Riesling "La Roche" reflects this: mineral, complex and multi-layered.
