W are rather unique and we know what we want. Our wines are for explorers, for the curious, for gourmets and for all those who defend their personal taste. We make wine, we leave the cooking to the chefs. We stand for cooperation in our region. We do not have any gastronomy, because we are convinced that chefs are much better at cooking than we are. We make wine, that's our job. We don't have a sales manager but happy and hospitable people will be happy to advise you. English speaking visitors are welcome....

Katja and Jens Bäder studied viticulture in Geisenheim and got to know each other there. Even though everyone has their "area of responsibility" - decisions are made together - from the time of harvest to the final blend. Unique is the location "La Roche" in Uffhofen. South exposed, a real steep slope. The soil comes from the time of the Rotliegendes. The result of this vineyard, the Riesling "La Roche" reflects this: mineral, complex and multi-layered. On the estate English and German are spoken.

You will find us in the center of Wörrstadt, a wine-growing community in the heart of Rheinhessen - known for its sunny climate and the almost ideal wine-growing conditions. Our winery, a family business, is located in the heart of Rheinhessen just below Petersberg. Over the year, the work in the vineyard is quality-oriented. This begins with pruning and goes to selective hand picking. The gentle development of the wines, the typical odours and flavours come to full advantage. With passion and commitment, we take care of all the work involved in the operation of winemaking. The aim of our winery is to satisfy our customers with an excellent quality.
The winery Büsser-Paukner is located in Gau-Odernheim in the heart of Rheinhessen. Around the Petersberg and in Alsheim am Rhein we cultivate our vineyards in harmony with nature. Since 2014, we have been continuing the family winery, that has existed since 1921. Authentic and expressive as well as honest and refreshing. Not only our logo, but especially our wines and ourselves should stand for that. On the estate English and German are spoken.
