We welcome you to our family winery in Undenheim in the heart of Rheinhessen. Our family has been in the village since 1635 and has been using the Best-Petershof since 1883. Welcome... In the centre of Rheinhessen - you will find our old winery in Undenheim built in 1897, we are happy to open the door to our property. Burgunderhof Merkel GbR is now run by the 4th generation of the Merkel family. Trained winemaker Dietmar Merkel is the family head, who brings 40 years of experience and ambition. Kolb winery - A family of winegrowers with 300 years of tradition in viticulture. Meanwhile, in the 9th and 10th generation of wine growing. We produce wines with elegance, finesse and mineral fruit.
