Wines whose styles show the character of the Rheinhessen soils. The winery deals intensely with the traditional wood barrel construction. Long tradition with noble sweet wines. For decades a reliable partner of the specialized trade.
The winery in Ingelheim is located on the northern edge of Rheinhessen, between the Rhine and the hilly landscape. Around 10 hectares of vineyards are cultivated here, exclusively ecological and EVOVIN-certified. Great red and white wines for wine lovers and connoisseurs, that is what the name Huf stands for now in the fourth generation.

Our winery, a family business, is located in the heart of Rheinhessen just below Petersberg. Over the year, the work in the vineyard is quality-oriented. This begins with pruning and goes to selective hand picking. The gentle development of the wines, the typical odours and flavours come to full advantage. With passion and commitment, we take care of all the work involved in the operation of winemaking. The aim of our winery is to satisfy our customers with an excellent quality.
The St. Urban winery is managed by the winemaker family Paukner. Red and white grape varieties are grown there. The largest part of the grapes ripens through the unique microclimate at the Gau-Odernheimer Petersberg. Due to the particularly intense sunshine and the nutrient-rich loess clay soils, particularly aromatic, ripe grapes are harvested year after year.
