Kolb winery - A family of winegrowers with 300 years of tradition in viticulture. Meanwhile, in the 9th and 10th generation of wine growing. We produce wines with elegance, finesse and mineral fruit. From the careful grape processing, the storage and the vinification of the wines on the bottling to the sale everything is done on their own. Thus we get the highest quality control of our wines.

For 160 years the Hirschhof winery has bee in the posession of the family. The estate is managed by the Zimmer family. Two generations are at work there. Walter and Tobias Zimmer cultivate ecological winegrowing on 30 hectares of vineyards, and have been doing so since 1991. The Hirschhof is a member of the Federal Association of Organic Viticulture. Katja and Jens Bäder studied viticulture in Geisenheim and got to know each other there. Even though everyone has their "area of responsibility" - decisions are made together - from the time of harvest to the final blend. Unique is the location "La Roche" in Uffhofen. South exposed, a real steep slope. The soil comes from the time of the Rotliegendes. The result of this vineyard, the Riesling "La Roche" reflects this: mineral, complex and multi-layered.
