Unser Weingut wird jetzt in der fünften Generation in der Weinbauregion Rheinhessen betrieben. 1822 wurde es als Mischbetrieb gegründet und dann in den 80er Jahren in einen reinen Weinbaubetrieb umgestellt. Heute bewirtschaften wir 12 Hektar, wobei wir viel Wert auf eine gute Pflege der Weinberge legen. Dabei setzen wir auf moderne Geräte im Einklang mit sorgfältiger Handarbeit. The Schmitz winery - Hof am Teuerborn is located outside of Nackenheim on the road to Lörzweiler. Since the eighties, it has turned from a pure arable farm into a winery cultivating 16ha in Nackenheim, Nierstein and Schwabsburg.
