The Seck winery is located in the wine village Dolgesheim. In Dolgesheim wine-growing tradition has been existing for more than 1200 years. Until 2010, the winery was expanded further with new marketing rooms and guest rooms. Three generations work in the winery: Claudia and Axel, the children Alicia, Jakob and Georg, as well as the grandparents Ida and Klaus Seck. We cultivate 17 hectares of vineyards according to ecological guidelines and are members of Naturland.

As a family of vintners, we have been cultivating many first-class vineyards in Nierstein since 1710. The focus is on the plots in the Red Hang with its rare slate. No less important are our limestone layers with their slightly cooler microclimate. In the interpretation of our terroir, we prefer the best grape variety in the world, the Riesling. This outstanding vine is aromatic in our wines and makes the Nierstein vineyards and their origin, that dates back millions of years, tasteable. In addition to the Riesling, we also...

The St. Urban winery is managed by the winemaker family Paukner. Red and white grape varieties are grown there. The largest part of the grapes ripens through the unique microclimate at the Gau-Odernheimer Petersberg. Due to the particularly intense sunshine and the nutrient-rich loess clay soils, particularly aromatic, ripe grapes are harvested year after year. The peculiarity of these soils is also reflected in a flower wonder, which occurs annually in April. Then a small part of the Petersberg is dotted with the wild tulip...

In the Stauffer winery tradition is very important. Since 1790, the winery has been family owned. Karl-Michael Stauffer and his family manage 14 hectares of vineyards in and around Flomborn. Their focus is primarily on the classic grape varieties, but they are always open to new ideas. For example, the range also includes varieties such as the international classic Chardonnay and the fungus-resistant red wine Regent. In the old farmstead of the estate, a beautiful cross vault can be found, in which the tasting...
